Sacred Rhythms Regenerative Alchemy Protocol

Full body detox with Zencleanz Enzymes between  1 to several times per year - depending on your situation:

1 day colon cleanse and 1 day liver cleanse 

7 day colon and liver cleanse together (Rainbow) 

7 day Blood & Lymph cleanse 

28 day lung cleanse

30 day Kidney cleanse 

Ideally these are done in rounds until balance is achieved. Then becomes a once or twice a year process. 

Daily Protocol:

Morning 

• Meditation & gratitude practice to bring nervous system into rest and repair states 

• 2 -10 minutes of rebounding on mini trampoline 

• Brush teeth with remineralizing tooth powder. Floss with fulvic acid floss, scrape tongue and oil swish for 10 - 20 minutes with Akumai regenerative oral care line. 

• Seabuckhorn seed oil 1 full dropper under the tongue 

• Zencleanz liquid enzymes in 12oz warm water & 1 Black vacuum tablet enzymes 

• Black seed oil  -  start with a few drops under the tongue and work up to full dropper. Use on face, neck and chest as skin treatment as well. 

• Fulvic/humic acid powder in 12oz of water, juice or tea

• Oceans Alive Raw Phytoplankton add a dropper to freshly pressed fruit/veg juice

• Trace Minerals from Activation Products - Harvested from remote ocean waters near Australia - add a few drops to all drinking water throughout the day.

• Lifewave stem cell activation patches - you wear them for 12 hours during the day and take them off at night. Put on in the morning after shower. Just the one general x39 patch is very effective by itself, but there are several different patches that all elevate different peptides and support different functions and systems. 

I personally use the performance pack subscription which is the x39 patch plus the x49 cardiovascular support as they are exponentially more powerful together, aeon for nervous system support and Alavida for skin regeneration as well. I rotate using the Glutathione and Carnosine which are age reversing and amazing for regeneration on a cellular level.   

These can be taken in any order that you prefer throughout the morning. 

• Herbal Face Food Complete Skin Care Line and DMSO for face, chest and armpits.

Afternoon: 

• Joyful movement 

• Healthy food - fruits and salads with alternating 1.5 teaspoons of Styrian Pumpkin Seed oil, Flax oil, Sunflower oil and/or 5 Seed Oil from Activation Products.

• Zencleanz Quantum particles after meal for digestive support 

• 5,000 - 10,000 steps throughout the day ideally 

Evening: 

Healthy dinner with wide range of textures and flavors 

• Zencleanz liquid enzymes & Fiber crystals tablets 

• Milk Thistle oil from Activation Products for liver regeneration support 

• Castor oil pack over liver, intestines, womb, chest or thyroid (can be done a couple times a week or every day) 

• Gentle stretching 

Before sleep:

• Herbal Face Food Complete Skin Care Line 

• Spray body and soles of feet with Ease Dead Sea magnesium spray from Activation Products 

Empty mind onto paper with journaling 

Meditation

2 - 5 times per week: 

• Epsom salt bath with boron and essential oils

• Sauna

1-5 times per week: 

• Craniosacral treatment or energy medicine session  

• Full body massage
